When I say single-core I don't mean working on single-core machines - I mean for when Logic loads the instrument you're currently playing (and all of its associated buses) onto a single core. ![]() Even if you use Logic 64 bit and only 64-bit plugs, in my experience you'll get better single-core performance in Logic by loading heavier VIs onto VE Pro, even if you're doing it all on one machine.
